Sex on duty is OK as long as you wear an earpiece
A British police officer who had sex while on duty was acquitted in court because he was in constant radio contact due to the earpiece he was wearing during his romp.
Police transport inspector Massoud Khan, 41, conducted his illicit encounter in a room at the police station at Gatwick airport, near London, his trial was told yesterday.
The jury decided Khan proved he was able to respond to all emergencies because he was equipped with an earpiece tuned to the police radio frequency.
"If there was a call for me, I would have answered it and I would have dealt with it," he told the court.
His lawyer Kevin Baumber said the inspector misbehaved, but his bad decision was not a crime.
