Woman Steals 500K To Start A Dating Site
BEVERLY, Mass. A former office manager at a Beverly law firm has pleaded guilty to stealing more than 500-thousand dollars from the company.
Prosecutors say Heather Cimini-Moore of Rockport used the money to start an adult-themed dating Web site and take a Disney World vacation.
Cimini-Moore forged partners' signatures on checks at the law firm Williams and Mahoney, and used corporate credit cards for personal items.
Her husband -- former New England Revolution soccer player Jason Moore -- has admitted to cashing some of the forged checks.
